First, open the Start menu and select the Settings icon. In the Settings window, select Devices. In the Devices window, select Bluetooth & other devices from the left-hand menu. Next, toggle the switch next to Bluetooth to the On position. This will enable Bluetooth on your Windows 10 device.
Run Bluetooth troubleshooter from Settings app > Update & security > Troubleshoot. If that doesn't helps, do this: 1. Press Windows + X, select Device Manager. 2. Under Device Manager, right click on your Bluetooth device/driver and select Uninstall. Click OK. 3. Then click Action > Scan for hardware changes.
